The Master Cleanse Recipe

The Master Cleanse Recipe is no magic elixir. Its ingredients are easily obtainable at any grocery store. What are required to make this Master Cleanse Recipe are just purified water, Grade B Maple syrup, Cayenne pepper and fresh lemon juice. Although these are just normal everyday ingredients, there is a specific purpose for each ingredient.

For example, you might ask yourself what is the purpose of cayenne pepper. Well you might be surprise to find that cayenne pepper actually helps the blood flow as it opens up the blood capillaries. And this in turn helps to expedite the purging of toxins from the body.

You can either choose to make just one serving or a whole day worth of the Master Cleanse diet Recipe.  Make sure that you always use fresh ingredients so as not to reduce the potency of the Master Cleanse Recipe.

For a Single Serving:

Prepare 2 tablespoon of Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon of organic Grade B Maple syrup
10 ounces of Purified water
1/10 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper powder.

For a day supply of Master Cleanse Lemonade:

12 Tablespoon of Organic Grade B maple Syrup
12 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
About half a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper powder
60 ounces of Purified water

Do note that for all the ingredients used, ensure that there are no artificial preservatives in them as this will defeat the purpose of the Master Cleanse Recipe.

Some people are intolerant of the spiciness of the Cayenne pepper. What you can do instead of using Cayenne pepper in powder form is to use Cayenne capsules. These are easily obtainable at any drug stores. Just take one capsule with each glass of lemonade.
